GTAa account rules, fair play, prohibited automation, rewards, and enforcement.

Using GTAa

These Terms apply to GTAa, Sunset City, its websites, and related game services. By accessing or playing, you agree to follow these Terms and the rules shown in the game. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the services where you live. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

One player, one account

Use one gameplay account per person. Multiple wallets, guest profiles, browsers, or devices do not entitle you to additional accounts or rewards. You may access the same account across devices, but may not operate multiple characters or sessions together.

Multiboxing is prohibited: controlling or coordinating multiple accounts at once, whether manually, through mirrored inputs, virtual machines, separate devices, or software. Account farms, alternate accounts used to farm rewards, self-referrals, account sharing, account sales, and creating new accounts to evade restrictions are prohibited. Connecting a wallet to your existing guest account is permitted; creating extra guest accounts to gain an advantage is not.

You are responsible for your account and wallet security and for activity you authorize. Never share private keys or recovery phrases. GTAa staff will never ask for them.

Fair play: prohibited conduct

You must not:

Hack, modify gameplay requests, falsify client data, spoof movement, or manipulate cash, XP, inventory, trades, rewards, or leaderboard results.
Use teleport cheats, speed hacks, wall clipping, unauthorized flight, invulnerability, or any other unfair modification.
Abuse bugs, glitches, duplication, payment errors, or unintended mechanics for an advantage. Do not keep exploiting a problem after discovering it, transfer exploited assets, or help others exploit it.
Use scripts, bots, macros, auto-clickers, input broadcasting, unattended play, or any other automation to play, farm, trade, progress, or claim rewards. An action being possible in a browser or API does not make it authorized.
Run account farms, manipulate referral or Exchange eligibility, coordinate fake trades, or use multiple accounts to bypass limits.
Bypass anti-cheat, access controls, bans, cooldowns, or rate limits; interfere with the service; steal accounts; or probe systems without explicit permission.
Create, sell, distribute, promote, or help others use cheats or prohibited automation.

Ordinary manual play using the game's intended features is allowed. An unintended advantage is not permission to exploit it. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through the official GTAa account, without posting exploit instructions or other players' private information.

Community conduct

Do not threaten, harass, discriminate against, impersonate, scam, dox, or target other people with abuse. Do not post unlawful material, malicious links, spam, or content that violates another person's rights. In-game crime, combat, and crew rivalry are fictional gameplay and do not excuse real-world abuse. Use multiplayer features within the game's rules.

Anti-cheat and enforcement

We may validate gameplay on the server and review account activity, movement, progression, transactions, and connection information to detect abuse. Automated checks and human review may be used. Detection methods may change, and we do not publish all detection details.

Violations can result in immediate restrictions, removal of illegitimate progress or rewards, leaderboard disqualification, temporary suspension, or permanent bans without a prior warning. Related accounts and connections used to evade enforcement may also be restricted. We may block pending in-game reward eligibility or payouts associated with abuse. This does not give us control over assets already held in your independent wallet.

Holding GTAa, making purchases, or belonging to a crew does not exempt you from these rules. We retain relevant enforcement evidence for review. If you believe a restriction was incorrect, contact the official GTAa account with your account identifier and a description of the issue. Do not send wallet secrets. Reviews can correct mistakes; creating replacement accounts to evade a ban is prohibited.

Virtual items, purchases, and tokens

In-game cash, XP, items, properties, and progression are game features, not bank deposits or a promise of income. Any token-related features are in public testing and are subject to eligibility checks, limits, availability, and published game rules. No earnings, token value, Exchange rate, payout, or future feature is guaranteed.

Read the price and confirmation details before a purchase or wallet transaction. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and network fees and wallet risks may apply. Any refund or remedy remains subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Demo balances and purchases are simulated, have no real value, and may reset. Virtual items do not transfer ownership of the game's intellectual property or give rights beyond their supported in-game use.

Availability, content, and responsibility

The game is evolving. Features, balancing, prices, reward rules, and availability may change. Maintenance, bugs, outages, and testing resets may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, you use the services at your own risk; mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Game software, branding, and content remain the property of their respective owners. You receive permission to use the service for personal gameplay under these Terms, not ownership of the service or permission to misuse third-party rights. Do not upload or share content you lack permission to use.

Updates and contact

We may update these Terms and will publish the revised date here. Material changes will be announced through the game or official channels. Continued use after an update takes effect means accepting the updated Terms. Stop using the service if you do not agree.
